This policy explains what information Repoint ("Repoint", "we", "us") collects when you visit repoint.cloud, how cookies and similar technologies are used, who we share information with, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website only. Data processed inside the Repoint product (app.repoint.cloud, kiosks, controllers and the mobile app) is governed by your customer agreement and the product's own terms.
Repoint operates from San Francisco, California (USA) and Edmonton, Alberta (Canada). For any privacy question or request, email info@repoint.cloud.
Hosting and server logs. This site is built and hosted on Webflow and delivered through Webflow's content delivery network (Amazon Web Services and Fastly). Like almost every website, the servers automatically record technical data for each request: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. Webflow keeps these logs for security, abuse prevention and site reliability. This happens regardless of your cookie choice and is necessary to serve you the site.
Fonts and scripts from Google. The site's typefaces (Instrument Sans and Plus Jakarta Sans) are loaded from Google Fonts, and a small shared JavaScript library (jQuery) is loaded from Google's hosted libraries. When your browser fetches these files, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests for profiling or advertising; see Google's privacy policy.
Videos and images on the site are hosted by Webflow, not by third-party video platforms, so no video-platform cookies are set.
We keep this to a minimum. The site sets the following:
rp_cookie_consent for 12 months, so we do not ask again on every page. It contains only your choice (accepted or rejected) and the date. No cookie is sent to a server._ga (2 years) and _ga_T6JBYVBGZD (2 years) to distinguish visitors and sessions, and sends usage data to Google servers, which may be located in the United States. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Until you accept, analytics is switched off using Google Consent Mode and no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking Cookie preferences here or in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection but does not delete data Google already holds; you can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and local storage for any site; the site will still work, but you will see the banner again.
Book a demo form. The demo request form on our Contact page is provided by Trendzz.ai, a third-party form service. When you submit it we collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you provide them, your carwash name, type and address and the products you are interested in. The form includes an invisible anti-spam field. Submissions are transmitted to and stored on Trendzz's infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, US West) and forwarded to our sales team. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a demo and, where you have asked for it, follow up about Repoint products. We do not sell it.
Phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through these channels, the relevant carrier or messaging provider processes the message under its own terms, and we keep the correspondence to handle your enquiry and for our records.
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Webflow (hosting and delivery), Google (fonts, hosted scripts, and analytics if accepted), Trendzz.ai (demo form), and our email and telephony providers. Each acts under a contract or terms that limit use of the data to providing its service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Our providers store and process data mainly in the United States. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-transfer rules, those providers rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Server logs are kept by Webflow for a limited period as part of its security operations. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Demo requests and enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA (Canada) and the CCPA/CPRA (California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data-protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email info@repoint.cloud; we may need to verify your identity first.
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
